It’s always a good idea to update your resume before applying. This makes the application process easier for you and ensures your skills and expertise can be easily assessed. Do not forget to promote your achievements of your current role, highlighting contributions to both the company and the industry. It is also important to list all previous professional roles and employers in descending order. Each role should include the description of key responsibilities and achievements. One summary sentence, followed by bullets is the recommended format. Prior your education as well as all honors and awards under the role in which they were received. These will help you stand out as a top talent.
We believe that job interviews should be two-way conversations. You’ll have lots of questions about the role so feel free to ask them too. Get ready to intoduce your professional experience, speak structured and show who you really are.

After your final round of interviews, there is a short internal debrief meeting held between all interviewers and the talent acquisition partners. This is to ensure all evaluations and experiences are heard before making the important final decision. The decision is then shared with you as the candidate as soon as possible.

YOUR FIRST YEAR AT ESAB
DAY 1
WELCOME
On your first day you will receive important information about the organization during the induction training. You’ll get to know your colleauges and receive your IT equipment.
MONTH 1
TRAINING
During your first month you will learn from your colleagues and manager. You will get to know the specific details your job function, as well as understand your individual and team objectives.
MONTH 3
WORK IN PROGRESS
By the end of your third month you will have acquired all the necessary knowledge for your job function. You will have already attended several online and on-the-job training programs as well. Soon you are prepared to work alone.
MONTH 6
READY, STEADY, GO!
